No lie! That's the name of the play that playing at the downtown theater. I saw the signs on our walk through downtown at dog school. I also saw a man walk into the crowd of dogs and lay on the ground. And a man riding on a bike with a kitchen sink strapped to his back. And I kid you not -- while we were practicing DOWN and STAY on the sidewalk at a busy intersection, a car stopped at the light with the stereo blasting WHO LET THE DOGS OUT.
