The Sox have been winning awards left and right this off-season, but the win streak came to an end today when Sabathia beat Beckett to win the Cy Young Award. But didn't Beckett beat Sabathia twice during the AL series? That's when it really mattered anyway.... Hopefully we get a press conference out of it ;) and EVERYBODY drinks if he says "I don't get paid to win popularity contests" and CHUG if he drops an F-bomb in there...
(oh - according to Yahoo! Sports, the voting took place before the playoffs.. that makes more sense)
