Not only is it prettier, but it also goes full screen and has a menu to embed! And even better, youtube can't delete it!
The player is FlowPlayer. It's free and pretty easy to use. It requires javascript which doesn't work in a blogger blog post, but if you post it elsewhere, you can embed a nice little embed tag that gets the job done.
